Gavin Roberts is adding the finishing touches to his Twisted Citrus (f)route CART - debuting at the Segue Community Garden - Stratford -  launch on 27 July 2013. We'll have a small little (f)route breakfast to celebrate. BYO fruit to share!

(f)route goes to Docklands

Yes! (f)route - the artist made Travel Bureau - has been offered a space at Docklands.

This is our most exciting breakthrough yet. Time for a Melbourne adventure, showing off the things we've discovered and created and imagined. Thank heavens for the Dockland Spaces / Renew Australia / Marcus Westbury movement that sees the world the way we do! (or, um, vice versa).

Gary Belskyj's great (f)route CART made its debut at the Bruthen Bizarre today.

It's a great little venture that has just opened - kicking Bruthen along as the grooviest place to be in East Gippsland. 

BRUTHEN BIZARRE: We are 5 people coming together with an amazing collection of treasures. We have unusual vintage pieces, retro pieces, vintage clothing and shoes, jewellery from around the globe, handmade clothing accessories and toys and monthly art exhibitions. Our opening is a chance for us to have a day of fun, to meet the public and everyone to finally see our Shoppe of wonder... Bruthen Bizarre:)

Organic Agriculture Association's CART

The Organic Agriculture Association have been with (f)route from Day 1. (yay for them).
So great to see them making the most of the  (f)route CART $s provided by Shire arts funds.
This magnificent beast will be the centrepiece of the community garden now being developed in the OAA / EG Makerspace / Steiner school precinct. Standby for another fab (f)route breakfast in spring to celebrate its creation!

the nowa nowa artist in residence

The wonderful wonderful work of our (f)route artist-in-residence Tony Adams. Not only did he create a beautiful CART, he inhabited our world, fed us with GOOD food .. and delivered GOOD lines from Angry Boys in his GOODly way. Tony was also part of the proposed Weather Station project (our Small Town Transformation proposal) - which is why I am doubly grief stricken to have missed the gig. A great artist in residence, he encouraged, suggested, shared, inspired, mentored - while soaking up everything that EG & (f)route had to offer. I hope we get to do it again sometime.
